PIER complies with Australian and Queensland privacy laws and guidelines.

PIER treats information collected by it as confidential. Information supplied by PIER's clients will only be used for the administrative purposes of PIER or in accordance with a specific consent given by the client.

PIER will not make available to a third party any personal information supplied by PIER clients unless required or permitted by law.

Diploma students should note: sponsoring bodies must authorise in writing each new subject enrolment prior to our invoicing, and we must confirm to the sponsoring body if the new enrolment is a first or subsequent attempt. Therefore sponsoring bodies may have a record of these authorisations, and thus a student's enrolment record.
